I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, beautiful, and very comfortable with a great view just as I had requested. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful all over the place. The location was perfect for me, right on the St Mary's River with a stunning view of the freighters entering the locks on the Canadian side. However, the dining experience had a small hiccup as sitting at the patio wasn't available, and there was a minor pricing discrepancy. Overall, a wonderful experience!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Terri and Kevin were kind enough to accommodate my request for a room with water views above the laundry room, which was spacious and offered a great view just as I wanted. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of choices and delicious food.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and modern, offering a great view and with a convenient onsite restaurant. However, I found the rooms to be a bit old and in need of cleaning. The location was fantastic, right on the St Mary's River with plenty of things to do, but I felt the dining experience could have been better despite some good aspects. The service was friendly and accommodating, with a few minor hiccups. Overall, the value for money was reasonable with some areas that could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and very clean, but it felt like I was laying in a damp swamp due to a noisy bar-fridge. On the bright side, the rooms were comfortable. The service was exceptional with an excellent restaurant, comfy beds, and a fantastic river walk for walking my dog. However, some staff members appeared reluctant to serve us, keeping their conversation going instead of greeting us in a cheerful manner. The location was wonderful, right next to the water, with restaurants within walking distance. Sadly, the dining experience was not the best as we faced extremely long waits for food. Despite that, the hotel offers a good value for the money overall.
I was fortunate to have a wonderful time at the hotel, enjoying its superb location and friendly staff. However, the room price turned out to be higher than expected, and there were some cleanliness issues with the bedspread. The garbage baskets also needed more attention.
